    Default 2tg hybrid compression

    Hi All,
    just a quick question about the compression testing in a 2tg hybrid which has 10.5.1 compression pistons.

    It is said to have 150psi in all cyclinders when cold compresion test is done.

    Does this seem to low for an engine that has 10.5:1 comp pistons?

    Seems like a well built engine but comp seems a bit low.

    the type of cams used and how they are setup also affect the compression.

    Try doing a wet compression test to see if the figure goes up.

    As said above cams used will affect your dynamic compression. 10.5:1 is your static compression.
    The 18R-G. The GOOD 2 Litre Tractor motor.
