I was going to ask the same thing, I don't think it could be worse than my 3RZ+T it sucks 15L/100KM of 95ron (on the freeway)and with such a tiny tank on a duel cab you don't go far.

I couldn't give you very accurate figures, as the speedo was way out due to changing diff ratios. I wouldn't have a clue actually, But, before I swapped the 2rz to a 1uz in my hiace I was using $80/1 tank of fuel a week, which dropped to just over half a tank a week, including burnouts and donuts after work on saturdays........ the money i saved in fuel was spent on tyres....

Hey mate where did you mount your ecu?I've done the same conversion to my 2wd and with the a/c fan and stuff theres no room, i may have to extend every wire and put it under the passenger seat,just interested to see how you overcame that problem.

there's tonnes of room bud, i mounted mine on the floor of the passenger side foot-well, you should even have enough room to stand it up against the a-pillar infront of the door, it should even reach the back of the glovebox, which would be the best place to mount it in a 4X4 as they don't respond too well to swimming in water.......

how's this for an update, i sold this ute to a guy and he wrote it off within 3 weeks........
