PS. Anyone willing to part with a good pair of MS123 rear stub axles please contact me. I have a friend on the search for a pair at a reasonable price plus shipping.
MS123 Crowns are non existent in North America. So the source of 5 bolt rear stub axles for ma6x models is only from the east.
Luckily I came across blank axles made by American Axle.
I have six to work with and a few dimensions of the shafts are as follows.
Shaft:OD 51mm.
Center Bore:OD 82mm.
Center Bore:ID 56mm.
So it should be easy to machine the center bore to an OD of 60.1 to 67.1. The shaft has a large enough diameter to be machined for the stock sized bearings.
A thought I had was making the new shafts longer than the stock item. Possibly by 10mm to 20mm, then moving the offset for the wheel further out. Easier to find 16 or 17x9.0 +20 than 16 or 17x9.0 +0 wheels. Could run 16x8.0 +0 all around with the same size tyres. Then have a staggered look by filling the rear wheel wells and also rotate tyres front/rear. Only issue there is what disc to use as the stock item will no longer work.
Lucky so far. Now to take them to school and see what can be done.

As soon as it was discovered that they bolted on to an MA61, they suddenly became very rare/expensive over here as well![]()
Try NZ, max I've paid is NZ$120 a pair. Does take a while for them to pop up though.
