Go for a drive in a 2JZGTE in parallel turbo mode... it's pretty laggy... an extra 500cc less won't help
Btw it has been done as well...

yea i been in a aristo in parallel mode .. but thats auto and a barge tank .
the jzx90 is manual and 200kg lighter.
how laggy we talking ? like spool after 3500-4k rpm ..
cause i got a gt30 setup in the forsale section , but im trying to cut corners to get house loan . the 2jz twins wouldnt even ow $500 by time its complete all the oil water lines shouldnt take much work to fit .. as you see in pics it just a set of custom dumps which i have to make.

Oil lines fit?
It'll be laggier than a 2JZ that is for sure

I had twin 2JZ turbos on my car before I sold it, with a custom manifold to fit it all together, it was damn laggy but went like the clappers. Still nowhere near as good as a GT3076R etc though. Not worth the effort for little result.
