ah, I'd swapped to braided between fuel filter and rail, so it was easier.

What do you mean by "a tap with a screwdriver it is"?

1 you wont get to the pintle with a screwdriver
2 do you know how fragile the pintles are?

your best bet is to zap them with 12V a couple of times until you hear them "click"
you can purchase test lights for this purpose (and others), they have switch in them that will allow you to apply power from a jump pack or battery, it should only take a couple of hits to free them up. or do it with 2 wires if you can't be bothered getting a decent testlight.

    cheers

Yeah a mate of mine found a special test light somewhere (his dad is a mechanic) so we'll be checking that.

The tapping idea came from this thread: http://www.performanceforums.com/for...php?t=67241271

EDIT: My mistake, not tapping with a screwdriver...tapping the power on and off. Im tired.

see if you can borrow a power supply off someone - we got wilbo's stuck injectors opening by running 24v at about 0.5 amp and only applying that power momentarily.

24v and 0.5a eh...maybe i should just try 2 9v batteries in series? 18v at fairly low current (couple amps?) would be a decent whack.

I had a stuck injector on my newly installed 2jzgte and made up a test lead, with another injector plug, and hit it across the battery to no avail. I then got my battery charger, which does 12 as well as 24v, switched it on 24 and very quickly zapped the injector. It took about 10 zapps and it started clicking. I then went back to 12v and the clicking continued - happy days.

    Cheers for the help!
