Yeah well my iscv seems to operate properly now, still havnt found the problem with the ECU not reading from the MAP sensor so im taking it to EFI Performance and getting them to diagnose it

I have had a similar problem with my engine. I know that the ISCV isn't powered up and is stuck open so a mate opened it up, wound the thing shut so at idle in when cold it's impossible to drive, but once warmed up it drives great.

I know there is a wiring issue for it not to power up... I just don't know what wires are missing to make it work...

You don't have any power to it.

+B that feeds it is on the big Aristo body loom plug. Trace it back with a multimeter from the ISCV plug is quite easy.

As said before +B is the power the is switched via the Main EFI Relay
