    Sure you wouldn't "need" the sump but it already has an oil drain which he will need, saves having to modify a different sump.

    And yes they'd be tiny turbo's for a 3L but they'd still flow as much air as they will on a 2.5.

    But its not just a simple case of unbolt from the 1j and bolt onto the 2j?

    wont putting the 1jz-gte head on the 2jz-GE block be the same risk as doing a NA-T conversion? and limited to 7psi?

    pretty sure ark has plans for big single/power in the future

    the 1.5jz would be good if your looking for a project on a budget
    the stock bottom end will hold up to 400kw or so before any major issues..
    the main difference between 2jzgte and ge is piston and oil squirters
    ive read tho that in high hp motors they remove the squiters anyways..
    we'll have to catch up for some drinks mate and discuss this in more depth

    Sounds good.

    I think I would still have to get it engineered. I am starting a new job next week so I think I will be able to afford an RZ if I can sell my SZ for around $12k - $15k so i might just look at doing that instead.
