um, not sure how you drive rob, but on the old pac the speed limit tends to be an arbitary minimum

I remember fondly driving in and around perth.. such smooth, wide, well maintained roads.
In sydney, we have shittily maintained narrow roads, and tend to be a lot more impatient and cranky than perthians
