Pffffft, what does Adelaide have going for it??? The roads bitch, everything else of interest has been discarded as it was all deemed a distraction to the fabulous roads! Greenhill Rd is my favourite flat bit of road (well, when I'm not out chopping bogans, then it's Anzac Hwy ), it's like a stairway to heaven, as it takes you straight to the hills.

As for what we're doing on the night of the 25th, it seems as though my place will be man love central, as I'm putting up coFF33 and his "mate" Brian, and JCMF & the Dong himself. Depending on how late we're out in the hills, I figured the Lockleys Pub might be the go for dinner & a bevvy or three, as it's in staggering distance from man love central.

Hey GT, what suburb are you in? I have a few relos in Melbourne, so I could get myself a proper bed unless you & the convoy are going to be miles away, in which case I'll put my hand up for a peice of floor.

OK perth guys heading east - here is your cheap fuel info:

Perth to Norseman is all currently running around $.1.36 - 1.43 for ULP.

Kal is cheaper than Coolgardie, but also a detour, so prolly best left out. Carabin has a BP selling ULP for 1.37 - I'd suggest topping up there and trying to make it to Shell Norseman (Roberts Road - turn left into the Erye Hwy when you reach Norseman, then go past the BP on your Right, Roberts road is immediately after the BP also on the right. the Shell is about 1Km down the road).

When you've fillled both the cars and the three jerry cans I gave Coffee for you to borrow, head out to your next fuel stop in Mundribilla - 657Kms away - do your fuel math to work out how much fuel you'll need, as this will be the next cheapest fuel along the nullabor.

From Mundribilla, your next stop will be Nundroo in SA 394Kms away - fill up at the SAFF roadhouse. Then look for your next fill up at Penong, then Ceduna( Apparently the Shell is cheaper than the BP here) - again, do your fuel math to work out distances.

One last thing - take water, when you get over the bight, you can have a play fight with it, but not before!

Question, do the BP's out there have Ultimate? I'm just curious, because I was surprised to see places like Ravensthorpe with it.

Sweet, because i was going to ring you and hassle you about an overnight manlove haven, but read and thought you were away with the fairies.

In that case JCMF will be staying with me as well.

SO i guess you have 4 people booked in now

Hmmm, count me in then, if that's cool.
I'll most likely stop off as we pass Werribee & visit with the grandparents (I'd never hear the end of it if they heard I drove though Melbourne & didn't visit ), & catch up with everyone a bit later.
Unless everyone wants to come & visit my Nanna & Grandad. They'd love a bunch of hoons tearing up their quiet little street!

Suppose I'd better ask for 2 more...
One will be a woman though, which may increase my chances of acceptance.
