CV joint for ae111

the previous owner wasn't aware the cv boot was damaged and had spewed all the grease out, i'm not aware how long it was like this.

anyway, i got a new boot and regreased the the joint, appeared to be fine, but now its making a grinding noise (not clicking) when i have it on full lock when turning.

is this part interchangeable with locally made toyotas ? if so, which one and how much am i looking at ?

i got my ae101 CVs replaced there... great work.. i think it was $110 a side..
