    210rwkw - not bad for a smelly 3TGTE running pump fuel.

    Well a trip down to Pick'n'Payless on the weekend gave me a godsend of an answer.....

    EA Falcon - 85A, internally regulated, Bosch. 70mm Pivot foot spacing.

    This is pretty darn close to a standard 18R alternator's 75mm pivot foot spacing. This means i'll have to grind a little meat off the bracket and alternator to make it fit, and pick a slightly smaller belt, but otherwise it looks the goods so far!!

    Be careful though, cos there are 3 different alternators i found on the EA's, a 60A, 70A and 85A.... XF falcons only have a 60A jobbie too....

    Will post up pics and stuff soon.

    p.s. it cost me a massif $40.
