Not sure, i havent got a pic clear enough, but i think it starts PIV - ###. There was a red AE86 in between us (dont think it was WHITCHY, but they stopped just before we all did at the construction diversion) and a White Z20 in front of him (not that it stayed in front for long ).

Great cruise Stitt, my first in a long time and i thoroughly enjoyed it...so did the gf through the twisties hehe. Amazing turnout too, i've got some pics from the meet up but not while we were driving.

Dan (flynsx) called me today saying the cops defected him because his engineers report hasn't been updated, but shouldnt be too much of a problem fixing it.

What a great cruise!This was my first night cruise and really enjoyed the drive up old Pac.So many beautiful cars,and i was surprised how many cressida/X chassis' were there.My favorite car had to be the two tone Royal Crown .I didnt really plan on going,I just made a last minute decision.I got to MC'D's late and saw peeps heading out so i kept driving and headed up the freeway in the slow lane at around 70 or 80 k's with 3 or 4 guys behind me.I kept going slow hoping someone would pass,so i could follow them but more cars kept jumping on the back.It was not my intension to be at the front as i didnt know which way to go.So i apologise if i fucked up the mojo (fuckin soundstorm as everyone boosted past up the exit).It was a spirited squirt up Old Pac behind FLYNSX and the supercharged magna,and a good drive back on the freeway with 6 or 7.I had a great time!Thanks for putting it on Stitt.

great cruise stitt. loved the oldpac cruised the freeway on way home saw nothing unfriendly. enjoyed it so much i got up 730 this morn woke my son up and did it all again see u all next time

Yeah I know, I've done the Old Pac run heaps of times before anyway (just not at night), got another cruise along there this weekend actually (AE82oc dyno day up at Heatherbrae).

One heat shield down, two to go (although I highly doubt it's the rear one). Pulled the middle one out on Saturday as it seemed to be the one that was loosest/most easily made a rattling noise when I tapped it (sounded exactly like the rattle too), but that didn't change anything. Front one seemed fairly secure, but if the exhaust is rubbing against it then it wouldn't really matter......it's times like this that I really need a hoist, or at least a decent jack that can get the car high enough off the ground for me to get under with a creeper. Just hoping it's not something that's been shoved back up the pipe, or the cat has collapsed (don't think the hotdog is baffled so wouldn't be in there)

On the plus side got some things fixed on the AE82, so it wasn't all doom and gloom.
