O/D and ECT PWR switches no longer work with x90 ECU in mx83

I was wondering if any of the wiring gurus might be able to help me out on a problem I've been experiencing with my jzx81 powered cressida (mx83) since I've switched from the stock jzx81 computer to a jzx90 computer. The whole reason for switching is because my old x81 computer started to act up a lot lately and did not run any bettter with several attempts at capacitor replacement.

The only issue I have now after the switch is that my overdrive and ect power switches no longer function. They do however indicate correctly on the dash, however the transmission wont shift to 3rd when clicking OD switch. And the power ect button makes no difference when selected or not selected either.

I fabbed up my own x81 > x90 adapter harness and i noticed that the overdrive cirtcuit is a bit different on the x90 ect diagram than the x81 ect diagram. Actually, on the diagram I found on this site, the ect diagram appears to be missing a section.

I'm not sure what I could try out to get these working again. Anyone know how I may be able to fully restore functionality to these two switches?

In the MX83 the pattern select switch is switched to 12v and the OD switch is switched to earth. I had to use a relay to change the pattern select 12v to an earth for the Supra motor ecu pattern select circuit as they were both switched to earth.
