Greg, if you and Linden don't get ya shit sorted tonight and end up heading down tomorrow morning, let me know! I'm planning on getting on the start of the M7 at 6am.

I really really really really really don't want to be getting to goulburn any later than midnight. I've done that once ... never again. trying to race while half-delirious with lack of sleep is just shit.

I finish work in 30 minutes, and go over there to do finish it (hopefully)

    My list has dramatically reduced.

New pads fitted, all the fitment of the fuel system complete. Just have to bleed brakes, put wheels back on, and wire 2nd fuel pump, load up the race wheels (and put the exhaust back on). Linden's gone to pick up the flat bed..... all going well, we'll be on our way in an hour. (I'm frantically touching wood as I type "all going well")

on target for just after midnight. and after my fuckall sleep last night, I'm going to be wrecked for yet another track day. No, I don't learn.

Thumbs up Re: Wakefield Park Track Day - Friday March 20th!!

Thanks to everyone who organised the event - it was great meeting many of you and we had a great time on the track despite a premature end in the afternoon when the water pump started leaking. Managed to nurse it all the way home nonetheless!
Looking forward to the next one

Yeah, great day, thanks again Garth. My best time for the day was 1:11.6 in the Audi, it can certainly get it's big arse around the corners OK!

Thanks to Justen for the Race Chrono software and Dylan for a ride in the ay dub

Quite a hectic day...plenty of mechanicals both on and off the track.

I could run 1:08s with a clear track but anything quicker was pretty much beyond me. Had shocking understeer most of the day and only got it back to fair with a tyre swap? I guess the lock diff was the cause and the rear had excellent drive? how to get the front to stick is the challenge

Thanx to Garth as usual for the hook up. Johnny and Matt helped out heaps and i wouldn't even have made it were it not for the loaned ute from 1JZ Rolla (dam commodore water pump )
