I got a new toy I wanna try out,

I know. Motorvation is coming up though so I guess many will just dyno their cars there.

you can only put your car on the motorvation dyno if your an entrant, and i sure aint putting in my bodgily painted ma61 in!!! unless it was a dedicated burnout car!!!

been a while since i did a dyno day - do they bother to measure AFRs or is it usually some shootout mode with just hp and boost or something?

Depending on where you go, you can usually ask.

Normally its HP and Boost for boosted cars, and HP and AFR (or tq) for NA cars.

If it's part of a TCCWA launch/promo, I'm keen to fly the flag so-to-speak, and especially if I fit an electronic boost controller by then. Mind you, it will depend on the progress with the SPIDA respray. If the car's in pieces, I won't be able to run it.
