Ok people, considering how long it usually takes to organize things I thought I would start this thread.
The last dyno day we had was great fun and a good time was had. I think to further the fun, next time we will have the dyno day in the morning and then in the arvo head out to willowbank for some grudge matches.
Another club has said that you can hire willowbank prior to the regular test and tune opening for $50 total (which includes another crew member) and the regular test and tune. So racing would start at about 3pm as racing usually starts at about 5pm. So if we had a turn out of 30 cars it would cost $50 each they said. I am planning on ringing Willowbank Raceway and confirming this.
I understand that in the past people have been very scared of racing at willowbank but it really isn’t that scary! No different to driving it hard on the street but 100% legal! Can’t get confiscated here.
At the moment I am thinking late May would be good as it is starting to cool down by then but it is isn’t too close to the Winternationals on June 12.
By the way, I will be inviting members from ALSC also to get the numbers up.
If you are interested please put your name down.

Wow.... look at the TT crew!
So....... I'm bored at work. Will I need a helmet?
yep, helmet, long sleeve shirt, long pants, shoes. That is about it![]()
I think the cars that are coming so far have some potential for some quick times.
Charles – weighs shit all. Although the old laggy turbo probably would be better for drags![]()
Chris Molenda – t3g’s on 1jz
James Harris – was upgrading turbos to something soon
Gavin: weighs nothing
Matt: 1jz in something lighter than a jzz30 and some other mods
Ben: t70, auto, stally shift kit, ems etc.
Brendan: has already ran mid 13’s.
Me: better run a bloody decent time this time!![]()
