    Between 50-80 beyond idle.

even 80 is pushing higher oil pressures.

i've got sabers and never really have a prob with them.

I wish I saw 30psi at idle, the old 7M only sees about 4psi at idle if that

Yes a non rebuilt 7M has little oil pressure at idle i see about 6 Psi hot summer idle. Keep the 20 /50 oil in them for summer .

i get 30 psi at idle in every 7m ive owned (taken reading from sandwhich plate)
i do see about a 20% lower pressure when taking readings from the oil gallery in the block where factory sensor goes though.

im running -8 lines to my remote filter location so not sure if thats the problem.

mate with full built motor sees close to 80 psi cold oil pressure (this is on a rb26) and if he revs it up while cold - goes up from there!!

I'm suprised you people havent checked the resistance of the gauge compared with the factory unit in reference to the oil pressure gauge.

Are you using a compatible sender or the factory sender?

^^ do u find/thing that the -8 oil lines to the cooler and remote filter are too small?

i was 2 scared to plumb the cooler in as i thought -8 was 2 small and didnt want to invest any more money in -8 fittings incase i end up going -10 or -12. (speedflow fittings are fuckign ewxpensive)

yeah my oil cooler set up with remote thermostat cost me a fortune, I haven't had any problems with it all, and I know it flows very well from the odd leak I've had.
