I don't know much about turbocharging and what not....but..
it seems more logical to me, to adjust the injectors and have the correct air metering setup for boosting an NA engine, than to add "cover-up" injectors. Whats stopping you from having injector sizes that suit your requirements, and having a tuning system to make them work effectively?
