The current RWD configuration buy has closed, but I can add your name to the second buy. We are waiting for the FWD versions to be molded for the second buy, but I can order either type.
20V hasn't been announced yet, it's just a matter of demand. Oh, as far as I can tell, they are molded in the states.

"I've been selling these to the Evo crowd for over two years and no one has said that theirs yellowed. Polycarbonate will yellow after years in the sun, so please drive with the bonnet attached! If this cam gear cover melts, you have bigger problems, since your engine has melted also. Realistically, polycarb melts in the 370-400F range.
Thanks!

The 20V is on the list, I have to pay for the 3S-GTE mold that I am currently making before I can embark on such a venture.

They are polycarbonate, and the bolt-hole bushings are injection molded in. Fuel contact is, indeed, a no-no, it will fog the cover.

Anything can be broken, it depends on how they are treated. If you torque down excessively on the mounting bolts, you'll break it. I'm with you as far as running without a cover at all - you are just asking for trouble.
As Terra already knows, they are molded here in the States. For any questions, feel free to contact me through my site: http://www.ZakleeCorp.com
Thanks, Mates!

I purchased one of these and they are very nicely made with brass ferules moulded into the cover where the bolts pass through. Well priced, mailed to me pronto and look great! Will be weary about fuel spill on it now though knowing it will frost.
