If so, that's gay. Will ring tomorrow and suss out some more details. I dunno, he reckons he can engineer it he said, but i spose anyone can write up an "engineer report"

Might want to tell Porsche & Mitsubishi that.

There were a few Evo 8's (i think around 9) that had their paint slightly damaged when a boiler exploded on the ship they sailed in on. They now have full 6 point cages (front half is bolt in though), 25mm lowered Koni Suspension & were sold with TMR badges by Ralliart.

Yes, the reason is a V8 old school Celica is gay. It is nose heavy and handles like a brick, plus you can get more power out of a worked 1JZ, which would provide better handling characteristics.

Umm, yeah... he could be shitting you, or he does not know the regulations.

In either case, I am not sure what the insurance company would say if you had a bingle in a car that is signed-off as legal when actually it is not legal.

Didn't Ferrari make a small V8... but I think it was 3litres... and not sure of the power it produced.

Plenty of old European V8's that are 3L & under but they would still be quite expensive & so would the parts to build a decent one.
