i still havent had my membership activated or seen my name on a list. i posted a couple of times and sent a PM to Kirsty but havent heard anything back.

i thought paying for membership would be an easy way to show my appreciation for all the awesome info that toymods provides and get access to the classifieds to find homes for some of my collection. i also have an MX32 on the way that i want to either put on historic plates or sell to someone who im sure will look after it.

if my application and money order got lost in the mail or something its not a big deal to pay again by paypal but i need to know what the story is first. i know things go wrong some times, just keen to get it sorted soon.

Without trying to sound like a downer on here, I am wondering if my membership will expire by the time something is done. We all understand you are volunteers and things do and will take time....... but after 6 months my time is almost up.

I am going to the Wakefeild track day on the 13th of August and would greatly appreciate something being done by then.

I have your application however I have not recieved any notification of payment Email. ( This does happen occationally.)
I have River ( the Treasurer) going back through the bank records and when a payment is matched up with your application I can get your Package out to you.

Please be aware that We get a load of people applying and never actually paying for membership so they are ONLY processed once I recieve notification of payment from Pay Pal.

As Kirsty mentioned we get a LOT of forms filled in that never get payments, so we don't do anything with them other than file them for reference.

To give you (and everyone else) an idea of the ratios, Since Feb 1st 2010 we have had 110 Forms submitted, but we have only received 46 Paypal payments.

Your form appears to be one of the 64 Forms we have not received a payment for which is why you have not received anything. Its easy to get distracted and not get back to making the payment.

Our Paypal account has no record of a payment in your name, none against your email address, or any payments around the time of your form submission ( Feb 17th 20:15)

If you think you have made a payment please check over your records and let us know of when it was made (date and time) and what name the payment would be in. If it was made on your behalf by someone else it wont match up to your form submission and could have easily been missed.

We will happily check your findings against our records to see if it is there. Obviously don't post that information here in the thread but PM it directly to Kirsty or myself.

Can I also suggest you check the week or so after you thought you made the payment in case you received a payment reversal of some kind. Thanks to electronic banking everything has a nice clear transaction record.

Fingers crossed it all makes sense when we get to the bottom of it.
