    Default ae86 axle tramp!

    hay all,

    i would really like it if someone could help me.
    i have just fitted my gze with larger crank pully into a ae86 i just got.this project myself and best friend have just compleated and also fitted an lsd.

    busting to take it for its first i did so around the block and when i dumped the cluch to rip my first burnout the car shuttered so bad i nealy came out of my seat. i dont know if due to the stock suspention or tier size im stumped could some one plz help

    p00 shocks? If it's stock suspension I'd be guessing that's the prob. Your pinion angle can also be the source of mucho trampo, but doesn't really apply if you haven't touched it.

    Dont forget that the GZE is probably putting out somewhere between 200 and 300% more power than the worn out heap of crap 4AC that the car came with. Add to that the relatively crap suspension that the Aus sprinter came with and 23 odd years of abuse and wear and you can guess that it's probably not quite up to the job.

    Fortunately as the sprinter is a popular car there is a huge choice of aftermarket suspension gear for you to choose from
    1987 AW11 MR2 Supercharger (4AGZE)
    1974 TA22 Celica (2TG bored and stroked)
