you did see what wildsupra ran with nearly those exact mods right? Yours manual or auto? If you can drive and you have those mods and 15psi should go mid to low 13's I would think

A guy on there has a 1jz s13 also which he says will be single turbo by then also

I may be able to go, depends if I can get my car fixed up in time. Not that alot needs doing, just a really good check of the engine (blowing a bit of smoke, but I have a spare set of turbos ) and the diff is pretty shagged. But I digress.
