Ok the $1350 has to be paid up front. 1 week after booking the track. So that means that I can't book the track until I get the required 30 people's payments. (I don't have $1350 to spare!!!)

Also, it will not be the 27th because of the motorbikes on that day they won't start at 1pm only 2pm. I am waiting to receive confirmation on the date and then I will start a new thread with all details and whack them up on some nissan sites as well.

I agree with no-refund-pre-pay policy ... if you miss the flight then tough luck.

I can pay into a nominated bank account. Suggest everyone uses their car rego in the payment description?

Chris: i should be easy for most dates - it's Sunday's that are more difficult as we have cruises on those days.

    cheers,
    Charles.

Put me down as interested as well. Most saturdays can be a bit dicey with work, but worth pulling a sicky i think.

Car: Whatever i have at the time It'll be a hilux of some degree.

    Bad news.

Basically there are no dates where we can book the track 2 hours prior to a test and tune until September.

So I think out best bet is to just go to a test and tune like normal. It looks like May 27th will be the earliest one that I can get to so that will be the date.

Meet at Willowbank Raceway at 3:45pm
    Gates open at 4pm.
Costs $36 which admits driver and 1 spectator
Spectators cost: $18 adult, $16 student, kids under 13 free.
Need: Safe car, helmet, long sleeve shirt, long pants, enclosed footwear.

    Thanks

    haha, it's all good

If you want to organise that you can. I think it just adds another factor that can go wrong and I am usually stressed enough when I get the Rona out so don't need any more things to worry about. I will just be driving straight down there. No stops except petrol and want plenty of time to cool down when I get there.

So is the dyno aspect of this pretty much scrapped for now? I think I would have been up for that, But I'm still interested in coming along to a TnT anyway, I'd have to just say maybe at this stage.

Yeah no more dyno as it is too much organisation for one day and I think the chances of getting a dyno place and the T&T days the same is remote anyway.

Yes I will be driving the Rona down. I hate towing because of the bad luck I had with it!
