    Hi, does anyone know if the airflow meter used on the 2TGEU engine is the same as any other Toyota airflow meter?

    Yep, 4A-GE early one from AE82 Corolla. Plug and play.


    Yes, maybe it was from the MR2 engine, way too long ago.

    Good luck finding one in Aus though, all our 4AGEs are MAP. You'd have to find an imported one, and then it'd probably have to be from America.

    try an 18rgeu or even the 22re and the 3vze from a 4 runner they are almost identicle in dimensions and have a very very similar part number.i would suspect they will all work
