Default Toyota Crown 4M engine numbers

I took the engine numbers from my 4M engine block today it is 4M 0137260 I think the engine I have uses a 4M block and a 4MU head.
Theres another number thats been cast into the block just below the top of the block.
    1141 - 45020

Going by these numbers can anyone tell me what model and year this Crown engine is from.

This may be of interest to someone, when I took the Crown to the Transport Department for the registration inspection several years ago the staff never even looked at the engine number and theres no mention of the number on the registration forms so as long as I have a 6 cylinder in it thats all that matters and I could now put any make of 6 in it.
I have no interest in doing this but whats the largest motor vehicle 6 cylinder engine that anyone has heard of.

Another member today told me 4M015 is a 1975 so a 4M013 would be a 1973 the gasket kit I purchased for the engine is a 1979 kit all the gaskets are good except the tappet cover gasket and I am going to use the one thats in the 79 Crown.
I also have a 1975 model Crown and its engine number is 4M012 so that would be a 1972 engine only problem is this car has the original engine from new.
I'm thinking this information isn't quite correct can anyone else help, I'd ask at our local Toyota dealer but they are useless.

Ford had a 300 cu in (4.9 litre) engine in the 70s F100 and Chev had a 292 cu in fitted to its C10 but they are both light trucks

Then comes Toyotas' 3FZ (I think) 4.5 litre I6 as fitted to 80 and 100 series cruisers.

Chrysler Australias 265 (4.3) litre would be one of the largest production I6 car engines around, then I think Chev made a 262 inline 6 that was fitted to South African Commodores (and possibly Australian sourced Kingswoods before that) But I dont know a lot about these engines..... followed by Ramblers' 258 cu in (4.2) I6.... Then Fords' 250 (4.1) 6....

Chev also made a 4.3 litre V6 as well.
