For the extra $30 a corner, I'd be doing it.
As a driver of a completely overbraked compared with power car, I'd recommend anything that can make you stop better in traffic, that half metre less might mean the difference between no accident & rebuilding the front end.

The rotors should last you years (except for Falcon ones, which have a known problem of warping- the fleet manager at work has a spare set ready to go on when a car comes into the shop)

I'm a big fan of big brakes having done the hilux / pug on my RA28 (not huge but way better than stock) and about to do a disk brake hilux rear aswell. But don't forget you need to transfer that great brake grip to the road so do cheap out on the tyres or you'll just skid into whatever it was you were trying to avoid.

Probably not for an every day car, but i would have them for the piece of mind that i might shave a few meters off my stopping distance, which could mean the difference between a serious adrenaline rush and looking for a new front bumper/radiator

Another compnay you can try is 'RDA'

Seem to be same quality as DBA, but way way less expensive.

Mate got a set of slotted for his Lancer, after his old DBAs got below legal. He seems to be happy with them.

They seem to do EBC pads too

Yeah that they do. Their warehouse in Melbourne is around the corner from me and I've picked up lots of stuff from there before.
