    No pics because its not the problem. Pulled it apart and it appears to have been just a venturi from me not blocking the intake line properly which made me think it was leaking out of the TRC hole.

    The hunt is still on.

    Pretty sure ive fixed it now. rob and Wilbo were pretty much bang on the money, when i was rewiring the car i had stuffed up which wire went where and was trying to run the IACV, MAP sensor, and various other things off the ALT L (Charge light) wire.
    Luckily it just voltage dropped and didnt go bang.
