Baffles which are welded into your muffler and/or resonator have become detached. Time to buy a new system.

    cheers Chuck.

If you can't figure it out yourself, and you dont mind wasting someones time. Take it to an exhaust shop and get them to give you a quote on fixing the problem. Tell them up front you don't have much money so you'll need to save until you can pay them to fix it. When they tell you how much it will cost to fix, get them to explain to you what the problem is. Then you can decide whether you can either fix the problem yourself cheaply/easily or get them to fix it.

Side note: I would only do this if you are very tight on cash, which I was when I did this, otherwise its just wasting their time which isn't nice.

Most probably your baffles had same prob with my Ra23, you can get a new system, or they can be welded back.
