you could get that on pump, just depends on how much work you do. cams with gears will help and i don't think Kade or Daniel have them in their engines.

To reiterate, i think this would have to be a record for stock twins on pump fuel. with or without cams... and yes Daniel is doing very well too and has the timeslip to back it all up, as does Jak.

Jak, how did you guys go with the restrictor? any luck.
i didn't get the chance to see Kade at the strip the other night as i was going to ask then.

nah the restrictor didnt keep the boost down at all.

i heard it sunded good wth no rear muffler tho.

i think u really need to take it back to a 3' or 2.5" pipe to really see the boost drop abit

that was reduced down to 2.5",
Hmmm maybe go smaller again or start grinding the crap out of the wastegate holes in the rear housings to make them bleed off more gasses.

WHo said My car used Martini Fuel to run 11.8s and make 258rwkw on the dyno??? It was on Pump 100 shell V power racing fuel...

I ran 2 meets running 18.5-19psi of boost on pump 100 fuel.

the 1st meet it ran :- 11.91 @ 115.15mph 1.69 60' , [email protected] 1.640 60', 11.92 @ 115.09mph 1.68' , [email protected] 1.701 60' , [email protected] 1.707 60' and [email protected] 1.74 60'.

2nd meet it ran :- [email protected] 1.67 60' , [email protected] 1.68 60' , [email protected] 1.693 60' ,[email protected] 60' , [email protected] 1.72 60' ,[email protected] 1.82 60' .

The Only time i ever tried running some Martini m102 was at a test and tune. The car ran [email protected] and then would only run flat 12's as it was a day meet and the air temp got up to 31 degrees by 10.45 am.

So the 257.9rwkw I made was on pump 100 fuel @ 17.5psi of boost. Sure it prob coulda made low 260's with a bit more boost screwed into it, but i dont care about dyno figures. I only made this dyno pass after trying to do some tuning with an EMB. After almost 90 minutes on the dyno( so it wasnt a nice cold run straight of the car park ), we worked out the rpm signal was haywaire as was the TPS signal, so we disconnected the EMB and just ran the car up witht he Blitz ECU on its own... Which basically told us we couldnt really do mush more with the tune. Power was spot on everywhere in the rev range, and we could probably get bugger all out of it, unless I wanted to install some 440's and the Ecu and run some M110 and a race tune, but due to finances, it never happened...
