    Default rebuilding a trust t78

    had a quick google without any luck

    i their any turbo experts that know if/where u can buy rebuild kits for a trust t78 turbo inorder to save some cash instead of just dropping it off a turbo shop

    call MTQ in melbourne mate. Had my trust TD0725G rebuilt there. they have kits for trust turbos.
    or just send it there. it was $400 to fully rebuilt it with warranty. and yes its now better than when it was new. and bigger lol.

    Alternatively, MTQ in Perth... They should have the rebuild kits if the melbourne guys do. Phone number is 08 9209 1677. Had my TOM's turbo rebuilt and highflowed there.
    Otherwise you could try Turbotech number is 08 9478 2144. These are the two names that kept coming up when I was hunting for turbo to be rebuilt.

    i called mtq today and they wanted roughtly 800 to rebuild it

    i got my t78 rebuilt at turbotech
    cant remember how much it cost me though, was done a long time ago through a workshop
    they also put a 87mm front wheel on it

    i went into turbotech once, they told me base rate is $1200 for any turbo, i walked out

    theres also per4manz, but i hear mixed reports about him

    t78 never went on the ca18
    was only put there to show the sheer size of the thing

    that t78 was meant to go on a rb28 gtr but plans didnt eventuate and the turbo kit was sold

    from what i can gather, per4manz may send at least some of their turbos to turbotech to get rebuilt
