There are a couple of writeups (maybe here but also on jzx100.com) with regard to re-insulating your cracked coilpacks. Results appear to be good.
Can this be done ? i am having huge problems with my coilpacks at the moment and want 2 go away from the shit factory setup because all the coilpacks u get are cracked or no good so any help would be good cheers nick

I ended up going brand new ones. They set me back $750 , But at Least i know they WILL last another 10+ years, which works out to about $75 /yr which is $1.45/wknice and cheap insurance for top performance every time i hit the throttle.
What im gettin at is, are you just replacing and trying to install 2nd hand 7m items to replace them with ?

to bring back topic. can this be done.....ive got a set of newsish cond 7mgte coil packs. reason for swap is current coil packs are pretty shagged have already epoxyed up all cracks etc but one has a very long crack! question is can it be done?
