    If time is an issue, swap out the box for a low k. Otherwise, take the box out, and pay the 800 squid (does that include new cogs or just bearings??) and have it done right. Maybe get a loan of a car off a mate who is going away on holidays while you get your box fixed??

    This is the problem with having a fun daily.

    800 was a complete rebuild, im not sure about new cogs they said something about regrinding...

    Yea as im new to brisbane i dont know many people yet, i was borrowing my gf's car for a bit but she needs it for work/uni most of the time too.

    Im keepin an eye out here and on ebay for a cheap run around hopefully something pops up in the form of a nice old corrola that could make a good project later in life
