that is a nice looking job on the turbo,

umm you have already edited your post for spelling and i still cant understand it

your 1st question is what are the specs on re-tensioning or torquing the head studs on a 1GGTE

i wouldnt have a clue, you could search on these forums, but i personally could not help you there

your 2nd question is asking if you grenade your motor what could you do for a rebuild

well alot of people on these forums have rebuilt these motors, kyle (6Boost) has even run a 9.7 with one,

if you want it to get off the mark that would have to do with turbo choice/diff gears, and alot of other probablities,

hope this clarifies your questions and helps other people understand what your looking for

have you tried adjustable cam gears??

what rear housing are you using, you might want to bring the turbo on earlier rather than later to get you more response but if your bulding it for quater mile you have time to spool it up so it should still get you off the mark pretty good

Out of interest what diff are you running? If its a T-series as common in AE86's you'll probably kill it fairly quickly with the 1G. So you may like to consider something beefier.
