Lots of people are running W58's behind 1JZ's and most of them seem to survive pretty well, but of course it largely depends on driving style and what clutch you're using. A grabby racing-style clutch will kill a W58 fairly quickly, but if you stick with an organic full-face clutch you should be OK.
You will need a 2JZ-GE flywheel and clutch in addition to the bellhousing.
