I'm hopefully in the process of upgrading the current GT4 outer CVs to those from a JZA70 so i'll have the complete JZA70 rear and be a tad more bullet proof.
A few questions then. Are JZA70 bits available from toyota Oz? Once i mention import the lights go out.
Are there any bits in common with the MA70? I recently tried to use MA70 diff seals and no joy.
Failing any joy from toyota, i'd be chasing new rear JZA70 hubs/bearings....advice?

I can have a look for you at work on Monday. If you tell me what parts you need I can look up part numbers and check availability from the homeland.

Thank Gav....i'll need JZA70 rear hubs, bearings and seals...all x2.
It's not looking good for the JZA80 gear Ed as double wishbone but a look at a pic would confirm if there's any chance.

Unfortunately i doubt get any info out of Toyota easily as the JZA70 was obviously import only and they dont like searching without model and frame numbers.
So unless you either have acquired those details or know someone who has a JZA70 that you can get them from it will be difficult.
PM me if you like and i'll pass on my numbers![]()

i would of thought late model ma70s and jza70s had rears in common,
as for toyota i normally use castle hill, they'll look things up for you and order from japan if needed
Model and frame numbers are only needed if the person at the desk is lazy. Ive never had any issues with getting parts or part numbers (then again Gav does that for meOriginally Posted by big JON
