    umm.. i tried searching but i had no idea what to search for so this thread seems pretty close

    doing a manual 1jz conversion on my manual 1g supra. will the jza70 tailshaft t fit into my single spinner diff, from my ga70 ?

    Assuming you're using the tailshaft which matches your new gearbox then yes the tailshaft will fit. All MkIII Supra diffs are externally the same, it's only the gearboxes which can be different (ie W58 vs R154).

    Just a quick note, JDM AE86's have a 4.3 ratio T series. Example, the code I have here for a Levin GT Apex is T282

    Not to my knowledge. The only available options on the JDM AE86 were T282 or T283. I have read an article that mentions 4.1 ratios being available, (T284 and T285?) but I havnt confirmed this myself. The article states they are 4.1 LSD and non LSD options, but the codes they state ^^^^ are incorrect.......

    If anyone is intrested, i measured AE95 read axle.
    From drum to drum 1466, Bare axlehousing 1325mm
    Axle bearing, 62*30*16(outside, inside, width)
    Axles have 25mm spline
    2.92:1 ratio, open diff, 6.7" T-series.
    Driveshaft bolt pattern 78mm cross and neares bolt to bolt 55mm,
    Wheel bolt pattern is 100*4
