It's probably a CT20 so nothing will be a direct bolt on but I think a CT26 will go on with minor mods.

and a CT26 wont have a chance in hell of spooling on a 2.2L deisel. already tried it on a 2.8L and it was a no go zone.

see if you can find a turbo off a 2.4L surf as it should be of reasonable build quality.

have you got pics of your turbo or any part number so we know what we are comparing against.

I'm sure some Mitsubishi's use IHI housings???
Can't you find any numbers on it anywhere, that might help identify it for a replacement??

more than capable of doing the work required but in order to keep it as cheap as possible for you i would look at rebuilding your current turbo first. if you can bring it down ill have a look and see what can be done.

i doubt 1g turbos would work as the wheels and trims for a diesel are generally different to what a petrol engine would run.

    cheers

IHI turbos are also common in wrx's and sti's.

vf22-vf35 popular on quite a few jap cars.

    (I have a vf29)

It looks like Dr Linden has already pescribed some healin' though.
