I'd make my own so I'm not interested, but delrin might be a good material.
i was thinking a piece of billet alloy? easy enough to get off cuts that will be big enough to make theseOriginally Posted by af300e

True, easy to find. But you might be surprised to find that it doesn't last as long as plastic might in that application and it would probably thrash out your stick bush.Originally Posted by RA40-Rossco

I'd give the delrin a go. I've machined a set up for swing bushes in a mates dirtbike and I tell you, they cop a dead set flogging and take it well. Smear of grease every now and again (only because they live in mud/water and occasionaly the carby overflow leaks fuel into the area).
Should last a lifetime in that posi.
There's a thread in the for sale section for replacement bushings for this. They require you leave the outer steel ring of the bush in place & glue it in. I have a spare kit I didn't use if you're interested.
I ended up making my own bush out of alloy that replaces the whole , which was very easy to do, but it's only been in for a week so I don't know how well it's wearing.
shoot me a PM with what you want mateOriginally Posted by BigWorm
