another WHY to add to the list.. i did ~260km over the weekend, booting it a fair bit, and it returned 13L/100km

Another strange one has reared its head, related to the control of the auto, the shift into 3rd at full throttle is 'delayed' need to hook up our solenoid indicator lights, and see whether the trans is 'trying' to shift and just not, or what.. it feels like the computer is doing the 'retard for shift' thing, and its not shifting, doesn't feel as harsh as the issue we had before with it hitting the rev limiter hard on the 1-2 shift.

It could be also that the ignition is breaking down.. going to chuck a set of plugs in it too, they probably have 100K on them.. sne.. its not driving at the moment, because i pulled it all to pieces to get the heater core fixed, and put a stereo in it.. hopefully have it going again tonight or tomorrow.

ive also ordered my brake upgrade.. i'll try and take some pics when i fit it, its from hoppers stoppers in vic, 300mm discs with commodore calipers, they also do a 330mm version, i decided that might be overkill, and meant i couldn't run antything smaller than 17's.

Is the hilux a wishbone or strut set-up, and does it run rack and pinion?

torsion bar whishbone setup i think, definately torsions, need to lower the back a bit and replace some shocks..

currently i suspect our speed sensor converter signal is not dividing by the right amount for the second sensor.. it DEFINATELY has no speed limiter.. at least not where its supposed to be..
