the afternoon session has been booked by another club, so its morning only. Maybe next time.

the minimum 10 places are filled, the last two spots are optional for us. but the day will still be going ahead regardless now.

Mate get yourself a couple of reserves. From my experience, you will get dropouts or you could be a real hardass and hold on to attendents money until it is filled so you're not out of pocket, otherwise you might have to pay extra.
