Hi Justin,



I’ll pencil you in the 17th August, morning spot, as I have several other groups looking at the same dates, but first in gets it at this stage the afternoon spot is still available as well.



Each session cost $1000 for the group, so for 8 cars = $ 125 each, 10 cars = $ 99 each.



So to book both morning & afternoon is $2000, and you can have as many cars as you want, more cars does reduce skidpan time for each driver.



We have booking forms on our website to book the day and a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking so I’ll need a deposit to 100% confirm your booking for the 17th morning spot.



You can pay by, credit card, transfer or cheque. I do require it in one payment not 10 individual payments.

So this means if we want this spot, we need to start getting some official numbers.

It'll be the same as a wakefield day. First in first serve.

Once we have 10, I'll start taking payments.

Do it soon otherwise we won't get the spot.

Please read our Cancellations Policy below.

Cancellations made 10 days prior to the course date will be fully validated for another course date at no cost to the customer.

Cancellations made within 10 days of the course date will need to pay an extra 50% to rebook for the course.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the course date will forfeit the full cost of the booking.

Once we have the minimum 10 people I will take payments either cash to me, or Via net bank. Once all 10-12 have paid, I will transfer to Derek, The sooner all 10or12 spots are filled the sooner we book.If we can't get the numbers then I won't book and I will hand back the $$$ to those that may have already paid
