Yeah, poor Whitchy! My garage is empty and I'm sad! Stupid Nissan!
Just Karma for bastardising it I suppose! Such a shame, it was a perfect day for racing!
Thanks heaps for organising it Hayden! And thanks to the champ who gave me and the Sprinter a lift into town! I forgot to get ya name!
Hopefully next one I will get a few more laps and record a time! Can't wait!
    Cheers!

Guys, i had a top day! thanks to all for attending and help make it what it was! Toymods cars were great, so were the drivers. I especially liked Scott's T18, awesome work fellas. I had alot of fun out there for my first time on the track, also i can now see how many things in the gazelle i have to improve handling wise, power was great though.

Most unfortunate to Whitchy, dont blame the poor CA though, they are a top engine! plus gives you a great excuse to fit a gt28rs. Hey, least your not looking at a new RB25 gearbox (yeah, shes fooked)

I thought before the day, with the hell of getting people in, i would never do this again. But in hindsight, and with the top result of the day, i may organise another in 6 months or so - will just organise entrants a little different

All in all i hope eveyone enjoyed it as much as i did, if anyone has some pics i would love to see some!

    Cheers,
    Hayden

yeah, i think most of the people who came this time would be keen for a second round in a few months.

Heres a pic of Luke's civic's smoky brakes after a few warmup laps:

Ended up with some nice hotspots! time for a brake upgrade me thinks...

Hayden, thanks heaps for organizing the day, Great fun.
I have got some pics but they are mostly of the toymods crew.
Poor Whitchy.Cant take a trick at the moment.
My water pump started to leak, so i will be changing that.
But i was really happy with the car.
Joel posted a time of 1.19 in my car which showed me what i could aim for,
Got close, posted a PB of 1.20,Very happy.
    Cheers
    Scott.
