It is either 25.4mm or 26.9mm.
If it is the 16" wheel model then it is definitely 25.4mm.![]()
as in title... does anyone know the bore dia?
it is cast onto the thing, but the casting is way underneath and i cant read it. id need a dental mirro to even try and get down there to see... which i will if noone happens to know/find out in an easier fashion...
cheers

does the TT version/bigger brakes have a 1 1/16" master? interesting
ive only got the smaller wheel/brake package (originally) but have upgraded the calipers etc. seems that the dia of the master is currently insufficient.
was considering boring/resleeving or even going a new master setup altogether, but might sus out the TT master cyl first

The brake section is down near the bottom of the page.

There is more info on JZA80 brakes, gear ratios, diffs etc here:

If I recall correctly the 4 piston version has 1 1/8th master cylinder
2 piston version has 1 1/16th
I have a brand new 1 1/16th unit sitting under my desk, ordered accidentally![]()
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me then a frontal lobotomy
thats different to the above posted data, and i cant find reference to toyota EVER making a 1 1/8" master cyl... biggest is the 1 1/16"
that said, dont let me talk you out of selling me your 1 1/16" item

Hrmm, ok. I think maybe I was misled then on the 4 pot master cylinder dimensions![]()
I would need to cross check numbers from a 4 pot equipped jza80 chassis code I have with the master to see.
Not sure you'd like to see the invoice from Toyota for that new master cylinder![]()
I think it was around $400 but I have it with the cylinder at work where I tossed it in disgust to see it was same as I had already.
When I put the JZA80 4 piston/2 piston calipers onto my car I found it had a rather long brake pedal travel. Its possible it was pedal ratio that created it though. I havent seen a JZA80 pedal to compare.
If you desire 1 1/16th master new then Im happy to cut a deal on a cylinder I wont ever be using
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me then a frontal lobotomy
