MGCC Hillclimb @ Rob Roy on 15/6/08

Hey, as mentioned in the last Classic Celica club cruise thread i said i might be interested in going to the hillclimb at Rob Roy. At first i thought that is was going to be run by the TCCAV but on closer inspection it looks to be a MGCC inter club event. Im not sure if i will get a chance to get down there myself but the details are as follows:

When : Sunday 15/6/08

Where : Rob Roy rd. Christmas Hills. Vic.

Get your Melways out.
From what l can remember go through Eltham and keep following the road towards Yarra Glen and l think it is off to left somewhere along that road before Yarra Glen.

Im definantly going to go watch, anyone in eastern suburbs need a lift? Im located in ringwood. Wont be taking the celica tho, out of action for a lil while.

also our car club has dropped calder later this year in favour of the new morwell hillclimb
its supposed to be the bees thingo

TCCAV meeting tonight.. they mentioned Calders hire fees had gone up to $10K for an event. Hmmm madness!

Made it to Ian's place (nice to finally meet you Ian) and headed out to Rob Roy today.. some very cool cars there... making me get itchy to get my car done and start competing!!

here are pics.. not many toyotas.. there was a st162 celica... and a very stock looking starlet and that was it.. so the photos are just a mix of everything
