Mos i just wanted to pick your brain for a bit if I can...

With the way you've set vBulletin up right did you have to load the memcache PHP extension to make it work or did you find a way to get eAccelerator working instead?

Im just toying with it now and while the setup ran fine and I got to the actual end of the setup it fired back a problem with the memcache server location in the includes/config.php because obviously I haven't pointed it to a true location. I did a phpinfo script on my domain to see what extensions are loaded and yes, memcache aint there.

Does vBulletin absolutely require memcache to run? if it does I think im going to need to kiss some admins butts to get it compiled and added...
