the hotrod guys fought long and hard for that, and they implement the system themselves...
but for them the sort of mods they do, they would not usually be within the rules for modified passenger cars, even with engineering cert.

historic mod rego, for limited use cars with responsible drivers (usually ) would be absolutely fantastic!!!!
