    Checklist for VSVs:

IACV (Inlet Air Control Valve): (Note: VSV 'E' goes from VSV to actuator)
[OK] >VSV Hoses Correct ('E' [Closest to Plug] -> IACV)
[OK] >VSV Resistance OK [OK: 38.5->44.5Ohms]
[OK] >VSV Stops Pressure Up 'F' when OFF
[OK] >VSV Allows pressure to IACV actuator via 'F' to 'E' when Energized
[OK] >VSV Allows pressure from 'E' to 'Filter' when OFF
[OK] >IACV Opens when pressure supplied to actuator
[OK] >IACV actuator holds pressure (Does not leak)

EGBV (Exhaust Gas Bypass Valve): (Note: VSV 'E' goes from VSV to actuator)
[OK] >VSV Hoses Correct ('E' [Closest to Plug] -> EGBV)
[OK] >VSV Resistance OK [OK: 38.5->44.5Ohms]
[OK] >VSV Stops Pressure Up 'F' when OFF
[OK] >VSV Allows pressure to EGBV actuator via 'F' to 'E' when Energized
[OK] >VSV Allows pressure from 'E' to 'Filter' when OFF
[OK] >EGBV Opens when pressure supplied to actuator
[OK] >EGBV actuator holds pressure (Does not leak)

WG (Waste Gate): (Note: VSV 'E' comes to VSV from actuator)
[OK] >VSV Hoses Correct (Actuator -> 'E' [Closest to Plug])
[OK] >VSV Resistance OK [OK: 22.0->26.0Ohms]
[OK] >VSV Stops Pressure Up 'E' when OFF
[OK] >VSV Allows pressure from actuator to inlet via 'E' to 'F' when Energized
[OK] >WG Opens when pressure supplied to actuator
[OK] >WG actuator holds pressure (Does not leak)

BV (Bypass Valve / Prespool): (Note: VSV 'E' comes to VSV from actuator)
[OK] >VSV Hoses Correct (Actuator -> 'E' [Closest to Plug])
[OK] >VSV Resistance OK [OK: 22.0->26.0Ohms]
[OK] >VSV Stops Pressure Up 'E' when OFF
[OK] >VSV Allows pressure from actuator to inlet via 'E' to 'F' when Energized
[OK] >BV Opens when pressure supplied to actuator
[OK] >BV actuator holds pressure (Does not leak)

In regards to the other issue (Cutting out/fake rev cut) I went to a blitz ECU and the problem went away.

    Cheers
