TE and E1 to put it in diags mode

did you get it sorted man ?, the cas 180 out will still run and rev, id say you have it pretty close going by the pic, try taking the bolt out and get someone to crank it while you turn the cas if the engine starts cranking like its got a flat battery you have to much advance.
make shaw its tdc by sticking something in the sparkplug hole and by hand turn the engine to the maxium lift of the thing you put in the spark plug hole.

Or by looking at the markings on the crank pulley and timing belt cover.
