If you look above in the thread, thats the sort of setup they are talking about with the remote thermostat. You need that bigport rear outlet because the AE92 one sticks out and would hit the firewall on an AE71 or AE86, might be different on a TA22 though. Those rear outlets are plentiful anyway, I've ended up with 2 whilst not even trying and never owning a bigport head.
Everything you have listed will work, maybe still an idea to get the AE82 rear outlet, but you still wont be able to run the throttle body water supply unless you work them in somehow. I've got a way in my head that you'd be able to do it but its a bit tricky to explain in words, I'm going to have to do it on my motor so I'll put up some pics after I've done it for you.
A KE70 radiator has the same dimensions as an AE71 one the difference being as you have noted is the position of the outlet (and maybe inlet, can't remember). AE86 one will be way off as you said. You actually PM'd on AE86DC about the radiator out of my AE71 parts car (you'll notice my forum name is the same) I'll try get those measurements for you, but I don't know where my tape measure is right now, but I should hopefully be able to find it tomorrow for you
